Inkas Productions was founded in March 1997 by two partners.

Since its establishment, Inkas business has completed the production of national & international feature films, shorts and documentaries , as well as European and Turkish co-productions. Most of the productions have received support from European audiovisual institutions like Media and Eurimages and have been distinguished in international festivals.

Inkas participated at the 54th Cannes Film festival at the “Producers on the Move” – European Film promotion – program, as a representative of the Greek Film Centre.

In March 2004, Inkas organized the EAVE Workshop in Athens, (A professional training program developing the skills of European Producers) on behalf of the Greek Partner (SAPOE).

Since 2007, Apostolos Sarantaris, producer and for 12 years co-owner of MAX Productions S.A., started a full time co-operation with the company.

In November 2009, two more members joined the company, Spyros Mavrogenis and Giannis Kostas. Both shareholders, are co-owners of Lynx S.A. a TV & Advertising production company, and share many years of experience in the film business.

Since January 2010, Inkas has been operating from its new premises in Halandri, and in co-operation with Lynx, also provides post - production facilities.

The company also specializes in production services for international projects that include filming in Greece as she has a strong network in all areas of services (location scout, casting, equipment, crew, post-production).
